How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. International shipping is a flat rate of $25 and the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs/taxes upon receipt of the parcel.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico), Europe, Asia and Australia. If you live outside of these areas please contact us before ordering. If it is legal for us to ship products to your country we will do so.
Why am I paying (or not paying) sales tax?
Because our company is based in California, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders delivered to a California address. At this time, only U.S. orders shipping to California addresses will be charged sales tax, however, the addressee is responsible for any applicable taxes on products shipped internationally.
How long will it take to receive my shipment after my order is processed?
Because virtually everything about our products is handmade, and because we make them in small batches to ensure freshness and potency, please allow up to one week for your order to ship. After that, please allow another week for U.S. shipments to arrive. International orders should allow up to four weeks to arrive after your delivery has shipped.
Refunds & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be absolutely thrilled with every interaction you have with our company! As such, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you wish to return your product(s) for any reason (or no reason) please send it/them to us within 14 days of receiving them and we will happily issue a refund for that/those product(s). Please note we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us, so we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If you wish to exchange a product please notify us and we will happily arrange an exchange on which we will either refund or charge the difference.
My order was damaged during delivery. What should I do?
In the unlikely event any of your products arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
May I change/cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will amend or cancel it per your request.
